Holiday time!
As all I seem to have done over the past couple of weeks in my blog entries is moan and whinge about how many hours I’m working these days I feel it’s time for a holiday. A cheap one at that, since money’s an issue for both me and the boyfriend.
I’ve had a look on the internet and have come to the conclusion that Blackpool is the answer, it’s working out around £100 each for four nights including the hotel and bus tickets. That’s pretty damn good because there’s always something to do in Blackpool, the Pleasure Beach mainly. I love that wee theme park so much because there’s all the old, heritage rides along side rides like The Pepsi Max Big One (even though I’ve been too scared to ride it since I was like 14).
Hopefully I can get the time off work (shouldn’t be a problem, I think) and the boyfriend wants to go back. We were there two years ago with his mum and had a great time so hopefully he’ll agree.
